While we are all more than happy to work with and support people from all backgrounds, we also realise that there are Christian founders who would love to learn from or even partner with other Christians. There are Christian traders who would love to trade with others who share their faith. There are investors who might love to invest in faith based businesses or entrepreneurs. There are mentors who will be happy to support mentees who are believers. But discovering each other is often not the easiest. This is the problem that ‘Marketplace Witnesses’ is working to solve.

Marketplace Witnesses is not going to be just another social network.Technology is allowing us to build something a lot more powerful than the more traditional passive social networks we have been used to.

We all realise that networking or meeting people is a lot easier when we have someone to identify synergies between people and introduce us. Marketplace Witnesses will be empowered with an AI Chatbot which will assist us in discovering and networking with people and communities that are the perfect fit for us.

The Scarlet Cord:

The Scarlet Cord that keeps our logo tied together, reminds us of the Scarlet Cord that is referred to in Joshua 2:18, which Rahab used to identify herself and her people as separately standing out for the Lord, in the city they were in. It is meant to serve as a reminder, that we too can stand out as people of the Lord, with such tiny non-intrusive but clear signs, in the secular spaces and communities that we are part of.
